About Me
Somewhere along the line as a little girl, I began quietly recording my grandparents
holding hands, strangers enjoying nature at the playground next to my house, my parents blowing out the candles at their birthday celebrations, dances I made up at sleepovers with my friends, people I love sharing a laugh across the room… any moment that I found precious and fleeting.
Life moves so quickly. Before I knew it, those videos of my friends and I at sleepovers became videos of us dancing at bars until 2am. They became of me traveling the world, of conversations with my grandpa as he reminisces about his life before losing my grandma, of my best friends falling in love, of my parents sharing wisdom about growing up, of strangers enjoying nature in the new city I just moved to by myself.
And some day… they are going to be of my friends getting married, my mom and dad reminiscing about their lives, my very own kids enjoying nature at a playground somewhere… and the only memories I have left of my grandpa or my travels.

I love capturing these little moments in life because there’s something magical about being able to hold on to them… being about to see them again… and possibly even feel them again.

I recently graduated with my master’s in social work and realized what I loved most about the work was hearing about other people’s precious memories, too. Each encompassed stories of resilience, joy, regret, adventure, pain, love... and everything in between. Now, I want to use my immense passion for photography and videography to capture these moments for others.

"There are things in your life that only you will see,
stories that only you will hear.
If you don't tell them or write them down,
if you don't make the picture,
these things will not be seen,
these things will not be heard."
